Sadly that paint job is not real...just an "omake" (gift) that Japanese players were given as a bonus for pre-ordering the game online. The bonus would unlock special paint schemes for that F-15E Strike Eagle (as well as a Yellow 13 Su-37 and Mobius 1 F-22A Raptor from Ace Combat 04).
