Chairman Meow Says: "Dog my cats if I want!"

In the past few years, it has been widely believed that China had fully embraced democracy and had forgotten communism once and for all. Well, earlier today we discovered yet another new "Because China" item that says "Goodbye Kitty" to that notion and also: "Dog my cats if I want!"
